OPDEA Inc. Policies and Terms and Conditions
1) Terms and Conditions: ‘Last updated: (2/29/2016). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.OpdeaInc.org website (the "Service") operated by Opdea Soccer Club.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
2) Refund Policy:All transactions are final. No refunds will be processed. In the event of a billing error, please contact OpdeaSoccerClub@gmail.com or via 240-394-0037 within 3 business days. There will be no refunds for registrations, except for cases documented by a medical doctor for the excuse from physical or athletic activities.
3) Shipping Policy: All merchandise is delivered in person, but in the event items need to be shipped, all orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We may use any of the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL
Order Tracking. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders. If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Opdea Inc. only collect information that we need t register your players, order their uniforms and notify you of changes in our schedule. This includes your:
Credit Card Information
We collect your credit card information only to process payments and this information is NOT stored or saved by Opdea Inc.
How Is My Information Used?
Your email information is only used to register your player and to fill your order, as well notify you of subsequent Soccer Club events. We do NOT sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
Security and Storage
None of your order data, shipping, and order content data is stored on our server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
Cookies and Browser Information
Opdea Inc. does not collect or track any cookies information, nor store any information about your PC on our servers.
